Free movie passes with McDonald's Sonic 3 Happy Meal promo

 I chanced upon this free movie ticket promo of McDonald’s Philippines on Facebook where they’ll give you free movie passes for every purchase of 2 McDonald’s Happy Meals.

I bought 4 Happy Meals (total of P384) to get 2 free movie passes:
4 burger McDo
4 orange juices
4 Sonic toys (you can also choose a book)
2 movie passes

The movie pass is actually worth P380 but the movie ticket for Sonic 3 costs P400 so I had to add P20 for each movie ticket but it also came with free popcorn.

After adding the extra cost of P20, each person needs to spend P212. In total, I spent P424 for 2 people which is definitely worth it. You can also bring the food inside the theatre so you can enjoy your happy meal while watching Sonic 3.

The promo is available on January 18, 19, and 25, 2025 only at TriNoma and Alabang Town Center.

Sonic 3 was really enjoyable and we had a few laughs thanks to the movie. As for the cinema itself, the cinema that we went to had free seating and the seats were really comfortable. I haven’t been to the cinema for a long time now and I was surprised at how spacious the seats were now. I like that the seats were reclinable as well, truly comfortable and enjoyable. Hopefully, McDonald’s will have more promos such as this one in the future as well.
